Encinal Nursery

Encinal Nursery in Alameda, CA is a family owned and operated business that has been around since 1946.  They carry annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, roses, sod, firewood, indoor plants, herbs, vegetables, fruit trees, soil, etc.  Their houseplant section in their shade house was fairly solid.  Given the "Rare Cactus" section was filled with species from Poots Cactus, they definitely know what they are doing at Encinal.  If there is a plant you have yet to find they encourage you to let them know and they will do their best to find it.
