Balboa Park

The Balboa Park Cactus Garden in San Diego, CA is outdoor magic at its finest.  We had been to some indoor conservatories up to this point but Balboa broke the ice in terms of experiencing these species in their natural habitat, along roadways and hills.  It was quite the experience.  Keep in mind Balboa Park is actually much larger than just this Cactus and Succulent area.  This is probably a fraction of the entire land.
